Returning goods of proper quality
Goods of proper quality can be returned within the timeframes provided by Ukrainian law, if they have not been used, retain their appearance, consumer properties, seals and labels, and you have a proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchange for a similar product of another model, size or configuration is possible if it is in stock and agreed with a manager.

Exceptions
